Java Senior Tech lead/ Tech lead (4 Positions)

o    Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in Object Oriented Design & Development with focus on Java EE and Data modelisation and persistency — object oriented (UML)

o    Extensive knowledge and experience in AGILE project implementation mode (SCRUM methodology), Java J2EE and GWT (Google Web toolkit)

o    Framework: Spring, spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate

o    Middleware: JMS/ Tibco EMS

o    Database: Oracle

o    Server/OS: LINUX RedHat

o    UML

o    Dev Factory: Maven

o    Ability to propose technical architecture and define the most adapted technology regarding cost and complexity of the problem including providing the expected cost for development features and respect the budget allocated

o    Responsible for team's code Quality (Development factory (MAVEN), Test Driven Development, Code Reviewing) with a focus on performance and security aspects

Java Architect(2 Positions)

o    Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience with 3+ years as an architect

o    Hands on experience in architecting and designing Core JAVA, J2EE based applications with banking domain is a plus

o    Experience with multi-threaded applications would be a plus along with basic PL-SQL skills

o    Posses an ability to recommend architectural improvements and provide leadership during implementation with knowledge on any one ORM frameworks Hibernate/iBatis, Spring, Web Services

o    Practical experience in working on JSP, Servlets, JSTL with good understanding of various MVC frameworks like Struts, JSF with good knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, design patterns and composite applications

o    Expert in profiling, debugging and technical problem solving, and modeling tools with practical exposure to TDD process with practice of performance driven development

o    Posses good communication skills and keen to share knowledge and best practices
