EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: - Educational/ Professional Qualifications (Essential): BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MBA - Excellent Professional & Academic Record – 1st Division through-out
1.Siebel Developers 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Siebel design and configuration having worked on 7.5.X or 7.7.X implementations. Experience with Siebel V8 would be a plus. 2. Experience with Siebel Tools configuration, development and customization of Business Service, eScript, Workflow development and maintenance, EAI and EIM, Relational database SQL skills required to review and evaluate queries. Development experience in eService module , Assignment Mananeger and APIs would be a great plus. 3. Expertise with at least one development language environment Siebel VB script, VB,   Java, etc 4. Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model. 5. Development knowledge or work experience in PL/SQL is desired. Macro experience is preferred. 6. Technical knowledge and best practices of Siebel configuration and customizations. 7. Prepare, write, and review system documentation. 8. Preferably an understanding of architectures (servers, memory etc)	2.Siebel Analytics 1. 3+ years exp in Siebel Analytics 7.8 Siebel Datawarehouse concepts, DAC, Informatica 2. SQL/PL Sql (Added advantage), Siebel data model (Added advantage)		Personal Skills for all positions 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills internally within the team and also with business as and when requried 2. Ability to work flexiable hours as and when required
