Document functional specifications and technical designs. Propose technical solutions to business. Code / and or perform code reviews. Create test plans and perform testing for your development. Support user acceptance testing (UAT). Support go-live implementation. Provide third level support once application is live. These are the skills we are looking at; Min 3 to 5 years of Application Development Environment. Min 3 years of working experience in Visual Basic 6.0/SQL Server/Sybase/COM/COM+/ActiveX DLL. Possess hands on experience in deployment and Maintenance & Enhancements & support, handling complex report development. Excellent communication skills.
