EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: ·        8+ years experience in Web development, including JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, CSS, DHTML, Document Object Model, W3C Web standards ·        Experience evangelizing web technologies and standards to the larger audience ·        At least 5+ years experience with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release ·        At least 3+ years of pure JavaScript work experience ·        Expertise with cross-browser development practices ·        Experience developing accessible Web sites using W3C WCAG 1.0 ·        Experience in software design principles, OO concepts and with UI design and development practices ·        Experience building easy to understand user interfaces for applications ·        Excellent communication skills with both non-technical designers and software engineers. ·        BS/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related discipline ·        Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver in a fast paced multi-project environment ·        Experience in localization a plus ·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
