POSITION: MANAGER – PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (JOB CODE: PH/MPD/000025) Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Masters preferred Experience: 12 to 15 yrs Key Area of Responsibility: - Lead a team of engineers in the design of an ultrasound system
- Work with a team of hardware, SW, and mechanical design engineers across multiple geographies
- Establish relationships with vendors and evaluate their proposals and designs
- Integrate, test, and debug design components and modules
- Support existing products as needed. Investigate and determine root cause of product issues and determine appropriate resolution.
- Lead through all phases of development and productization from requirements, design, dfx, characterization, test development, test to release
- Participate in the recruitment of key talent, development of individuals, and grow the capacity and capability of the team
- Provide inputs to scheduling and resource requirements, enlist contractors and industry partners, to coordinate for a timely and quality introduction of products to market

NO OF POSITIONS: 1 POSITION: ARCHITECT (JOB CODE: PH/A/000026) Experience: 9+ years of hands-on technical experience in the development of subsystems and products. Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Engineering Degree (CSE, EEE, E&C, Bio-Medical) Role Competency - Ability to architect and design complex multi-layered engineering applications running on the PC platform
- Deep knowledge of various design and architectural patterns and their applications
- Appreciation of industry grade code with an ability to review and rework code as required
- Experience in fine-tuning code, design, and architecture for performance, scalability, maintainability and simplicity
- Expertise on architectural constructs for systems that require multi-processing, multi-threading, and process synchronization
- Clear hands-on experience on the various flavors of the Windows operating systems, Object Oriented Languages and platforms like .Net
- Good Exposure to Software Quality Processes.
- Medical Domain Knowledge (Optional).

- To assist Program Manager in identifying current and future competency needs of the group.

- To contribute to the business development activity and budget proposal of the Program or Department.
- To guide Project Managers or Leaders in project planning, tracking and administration.
