QA Lead/Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Creating test plans, test cases & scenarios

· Creation and management of templates for different kinds of testing’s

· Driving the QA efforts by leading and guiding a team of QA engineers

· Defining the QA methodologies and implementation of processes

· Expert Knowledge of all kinds of testing like Black Box/White Box/Unit Testing/Integration & System testing/Automated testing/Regression testing etc

· Compare testing tools, analyze them and give recommendations

· Managing the QA Tasks across the team

· Complete management of the team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· 7+ years software quality assurance experience

· Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving ability

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Exposure to various Microsoft Technologies: Team Foundation Server, .NET Framework, Web Services etc. will be an added advantage

· Exposure to SAP preferable

· Strong background in Quality Assurance and expert understanding of all facets of the SDLC

· Proven experience in having led a team of testers and also in Web application testing

· Should have used more than one automated and Stress testing tool

· Expert in Performance and Load testing (using tools like OpenSTA, Badboy, LoadRunner etc)

Technical Architect

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Experienced C# .Net / ASP.Net Senior web developer to work on a number of existing in-house web-based projects

· Assist in Migration to 3.5 .NET framework, and complete implementation of new and progressive projects from initiation to completion.

· Translate application requirements into an executable program including software design, and data structure and format for data storage.

· Investigate and recommend use of the latest web-application technologies available, as well as establishing and implementing corporate web-application standards, enterprise object methodology, latency restrictions, and consistency of procedures.

· Work with management and development staff to define and enforce a consistency of user workflow and interactive processes through an object-oriented application structure. Ensure consistent actions for similar online functions, promoting ease-of-use.

· If required, complete developer-level unit testing of applications to verify that the application works as designed before submitting to QA.

· Debugs applications and corrects application problems so application will function as designed and required and also assist developers to do so.

· Assist in planning overall design of object-oriented software components to integrate web applications with back office and customer relationship management systems (SAP). Collaborate on architecture or structure of server environment, including production, QA and development.

· Perform technical maintenance of released products including debugging, feature updates, regression testing, performance and stability monitoring, etc.

· Compare and evaluate latest technologies tools including development tools, third party libraries, utilities, SDKs and give proper recommendations/guidance for their usage.

· Involvement in Hiring activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experienced Database developer to work with a number of existing in-house databases projects, assist in converting Oracle to SQL Server, optimize and diagnose issues with existing setup and complete analysis, design and implementation of new and progressive projects databases from initiation to completion.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years experience with SQL Server
2+ years experience with SQL server 2005
Experience with Oracle
Experience with SAP preferred
Strong database design, development and architecture skills
Good knowledge of relational database concepts, entity relation diagrams, data flow diagrams and normalization concepts
Assist in design of logical and physical data models
Involved in physical and logical database implementation, indexing and performance tuning for development, testing and production environments
Work within the web application development team to design, develop and maintain databases for multiple applications
Analyze and understand the business processes and design databases for various applications that support those processes

Senior Web Designer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Proactively design, lead, and champion user-centric principles for our Web site and Web applications

· Provide creative vision and concepts for compelling and innovative experiences for rich Internet applications for HTML templates and interactive HTML pieces (AJAX, etc.)

· Work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Creative Services to ensure that the visual design communicates brand principles and functions successfully

· Coordinate with outside advertising agencies as per requirements

· Take projects from concepts to finished designs/layouts to production files

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Photoshop

· Ability to rapidly adapt designs from wireframes based on changes in business and functional requirements

· Primarily responsible for preparing test plans, test cases and test summary reports for all assigned projects

· Responsible for working with the development team locally, as well as a remote development team
