EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Java/J2EE Leads Minimum experience of 6-8 years on architecture, design , performance tuning Excellent hands on skill on Java/J2EE (core java, Java 1.5 Generics, annotations, EJB 3.0) Good working experience on frameworks (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Work flow, Spring AOP, Struts,) Hands on experience extensively on persistence frameworks like Hibernate, Top link, Open JPA Excellent hands on experience on Extreme GUI programming (DOJO, AJAX, Tag libraries is a must) Very good hands on experience in configuring the performance based parameters on one of the app servers is a must (IO channel, buffer size, prepared statement cache, JVM setting, socket time outs, Table hints, Dead locks) etc Excellent DB architecture skills on at least one of the Data bases (DB2/SQL Server) with fine tuning on Queries, SPs, Snapshot isolation, Explain plan etc Good knowledge on Heap dump and memory profiling, GC throughput and experience of working with on the profiling tools (JProfiler/Mercury diagnostics) Good knowledge on analyzing the core and head dump Exp: 8 - 10 Years Work Location: Bangalore Note: Candidate who do not have the above mentioned skills will not be considered!
