EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: J2EE Subject Matter Expert (SME Web Application Servers) WebLogic 8x/9.x/10.x, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle Application server, Java 2.0, J2ee with Servlets, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, XML, Web services, LDAP, SSO, Need to have better under standing on CSS Load Balancing, Need to have familiarity with Performance tools PerformaSure and Profiling tools like JProbe, sitescope, Topaz monitoring. Resource should be skilled in Architecting/Engineering solution for applications in Test, Stage, Production and Disaster Recovery environments by using Application server technologies like Weblogic 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, Oracle Application server 10g, Apache, Tomcat, and JBOSS on Sun Solaris 9, 10 and Linux. Skilled with UNIX/PERL scripting for Automation of tasks. Proficient in Application profiling using Jprobe. Familiar with SOX compliance and FDA regulatory procedures. Resources must have 2-3 years of experience in Pharma industry, preferably should have Pfizer experience and familiar with Pfizer ELC, Change Management and compliance process. IIS/.NET Subject Matter Expert ( SME IIS/.NET ) Strong experience in the administration of IIS 5 and IIS 6 web servers along with some Windows 2003 administration experience including knowledge of Active Directory. Experience with developing .NET applications using .NET Framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 in a Windows 2003 and IIS 6 environment along with some coding and optimization experience with AJAX, Windows Workflow Foundation , Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows CardSpace, Silverlight and LinQ. Knowledge of .NET Web Services and optimization using MS WSE 3.0, Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM), XML-binary Optimized Packaging (XOP) specification and Representational State Transfer (REST). Experience in administering BEA Aqualogic (formerly called Plumtree) environment as well as Microsoft Sharepoint 2005 portal server environment. Must have experience designing and implementing scalable and fault-tolerant service infrastructure within a large enterprise environment. Must have extensive experience in managing software maintenance cycles in the Windows 2000/XP/2003 workstation and server environments. |
