We have requirements for Technical Support Engineers at our centre in Bangalore, details of which are given below:

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer 
As a Technical Support Engineer you would be handling key Technical Support processing jobs/assignments. The role offers immense opportunities and extensive exposure to our global culture. 

Job description: 

Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries of our global customers over phone which involves working in different time zones.
Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database.
Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
Willing to work in night shifts  
Candidate must possess:
Excellent written & spoken communication skills

Job Location: Bangalore 

Qualification: Any Arts/Science/Commerce graduate (10+2+3) OR BE/Btech, MSC, MCA Fresh Graduates (Candidates should have completed 15years of education)

Experience: 0 - 3years of work experience
