Education/Degree Requirements:
BS/MS Engineering in Electronics / Computer Science
Minimum 3 years Experience in Unix and Windows NT system administration & networking
and Programming experience using Perl, Java, or Unix/Windows scripting languages (e.g. shell) with source control or configuration management tool support experience.
Experience in build environment.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Software process knowledge and experience
Western English skills â€" writing and verbal
Enterprise Perspective
Problem solving skills and good SW engineering practices
Responsibilities
Provide support for the ClearCase/ MultiSite configuration management tool.
Provide support for the ClearQuest / MultiSite change management tool.
Provide support for Requirements Management tools â€" Doors.
Escalate problems to, and share solutions with, the corporate software tools group via email, ClearQuest, teleconferences, videoconferences and travel.
Maintain a high degree of knowledge of software process, starting with configuration and change management practice and tools.
