Role:   To Design Electronic Ballast and testing /evaluating products as per Indian / International standards Responsibility and Key Result Areas:   1.       To design Electronic Ballast (driver for CFLi / driver for Fluorescent or HID lamp) / Power Electronics (SMPS etc.). 2.       To introduce new products, meeting the time, cost and quality targets. 3.       To develop new products for Indian, Asia Pacific and European markets.     4.       To develop CFLi products for Indian market. 5.       To work closely with counterparts in the development centers at Shanghai and Europe. Total Experience: 0-7yrs     Know –how:   1.       Should be an excellent design engineer. 2.       Knowledge of local and overseas electronic component availability. 3.       Knowledge of electronic manufacturing process and Indian / International standards for ballast.   Education:   Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering with Min 60% Aggregate
