Role To manage a software project or equivalent responsibility including project deliverable and People Management. Responsibility and Key Result Areas 1.       To achieve on time and quality project deliverables within budget. 2.       To assist Program Manager / Project Manager in identifying current and future competency needs of the group. 3.     To manage customer interfacing     4.       To contribute to the business development activity and budget proposal of the Program or Department. 5.       To recruit budgeted manpower and develop their competencies to match current needs of the project(s). 6.       To keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field.. Total Experience (8-12yrs) 1.        Around 5 years experience in software design/development/Software Engineering Practices. 2.        Around 2-3 years experience in managing projects as Team Leader/Project Leader   Know -how 1.       Knowledge of the product domain of his project(s). 2.       Understands the need of the customer organization. 3.       Project Management skills 4.       Effective people management   Education Any Engineering with Min 60% Aggregate
